No judgment
This service exists for adult and discreet media. We are not surprised by the material, and we are not here to judge your personal history.
No inbound phone pressure
Private Video Transfer does not require an awkward phone call. Most communication is handled in writing, which keeps the process clearer and more discreet.
No explicit outside labels
Please do not write adult, porn, explicit, private, or sensitive descriptions on the outside of your package. A normal shipping label is enough.
Clear email updates
After your package arrives, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. You will also receive an invoice before processing begins.
Standard delivery package
Completed orders include cloud delivery and a USB flash drive. Transferred videotapes are also returned with one DVD copy per tape.
Discreet return shipping
Completed orders are returned by UPS Ground. Your invoice will include a $15 return shipping charge.

What you do not need to explain
You do not need to give us a detailed description of what is on your tapes or photos. In most cases, the only information we need is practical order information.

What not to write on the package
Keep the outside of your package simple and ordinary. There is no need to identify the material as adult, private, explicit, or sensitive on the shipping label.
- Do not write “adult tapes” on the box.
- Do not write “porn tapes” on the box.
- Do not describe the photos or videos on the outside.
- Do not add unnecessary personal details to the shipping label.
A normal shipping label with the Private Video Transfer address is enough. Any notes about your order should go inside the box with your contact information.
File delivery and temporary access
We deliver your finished order in multiple ways so you have both convenient access and a physical backup.
Cloud delivery
Every qualifying order includes a 30-day cloud delivery link. This gives you a simple way to download your finished files after processing.
USB flash drive
Your transferred files are also delivered on a USB flash drive. If your order includes both videos and photos, they can be placed together on the same drive.
DVD copies
Each transferred videotape is returned with its own DVD copy. This is included as part of the Private Video Transfer videotape workflow.
What about billing?
Private Video Transfer is connected to existing business infrastructure, so billing may be processed through Memory Fortress systems.
We mention this clearly because privacy includes avoiding surprises. If the billing descriptor matters to you, please contact us before shipping your order.

What about file retention?
Private Video Transfer is a digitizing and delivery service, not a long-term storage or hosting service. The standard cloud link is temporary and intended for delivery.
If you have a special privacy request about cloud delivery, file access, or deletion timing, please contact us before shipping so we can explain what is possible within the current workflow.
