Videotape transfer

Our primary service. Accepted tapes are transferred to digital file, delivered by cloud link, copied to USB, and returned with a DVD copy included for each tape.

Photo scanning

Printed photos are accepted as part of the Private Video Transfer service. Photos are not the main focus, but they are welcome in qualifying orders.

Videos and photos can be delivered together

If your order includes both videotapes and printed photos, your finished video files and photo scans can be placed together on the included USB flash drive and shared through the same 30-day cloud delivery link.

Each qualifying order includes a 30-day cloud link, a USB flash drive, and UPS return shipping. These are part of the premium Private Video Transfer workflow rather than optional extras.

Minimum order size

Private Video Transfer has a minimum order size of $99. This helps keep the service private, controlled, and worth the separate handling process required for sensitive material. Smaller orders may still be processed, but the final invoice will be brought up to the $99 minimum.

Private Video Transfer exists specifically for sensitive and discreet personal material. Pricing reflects the extra handling, separation, privacy, and limited-scope workflow required for this service. Orders are handled through a separate Canton, Georgia shipping address rather than the primary Memory Fortress and Nostalgic Media production facility.
