Minimum Order Acknowledgement

I understand Private Video Transfer has a $99 minimum order size.

Invoice and Payment Acknowledgement

I understand that Private Video Transfer will send an invoice after my package is received and reviewed, and that payment is required before processing begins.

Return Shipping Acknowledgement

I understand completed orders are returned by UPS Ground and that a $15 return shipping charge will be included on my invoice.

Delivery Acknowledgement

I understand qualifying orders include USB flash drive delivery, 30-day cloud delivery, and one DVD copy per transferred videotape.

Packing Slip Acknowledgement

I understand I should print the confirmation email and include it inside my package with my tapes and/or photos.
