Private Video Transfer accepts legal adult content only.
We understand that customers may need to digitize adult videotapes, private recordings, sensitive printed photos, or discreet personal media. This service exists to handle those orders professionally and privately.
However, Private Video Transfer only accepts media that is legal for the customer to possess, ship, and have transferred.
- All individuals depicted must have been adults at the time the material was created.
- The material must be lawful to possess and transfer.
- The customer must have the right to send the media for digitization.
- The content must not be exploitative, coercive, or non-consensual.

- Legal adult videotapes in accepted formats.
- Private camcorder tapes involving adults.
- Discreet personal recordings that are lawful to possess and transfer.
- Loose printed photos involving legal adult content.
- Non-adult private family or personal tapes in accepted formats.
Content we cannot process
Private Video Transfer will not knowingly process illegal or exploitative material.
- Any material involving minors in sexual or explicit situations.
- Any material that appears non-consensual, coercive, or exploitative.
- Any hidden-camera or secretly recorded sexual content.
- Any material that appears unlawful to possess, ship, or transfer.
- Any content the customer does not have the right to submit for digitization.

Customer responsibility
Every customer is responsible for what they send to Private Video Transfer.
You must own or control the media
Please send only media that you own, control, or otherwise have the right to submit for digitization.
Legal adult content only
Adult content must involve adults and must be lawful for you to possess, ship, and have transferred.
We may refuse an order
Private Video Transfer may decline, stop, or refuse processing if material appears outside this policy.
Privacy does not override legality
Discretion matters, but it does not change the legal requirements for what can be processed.
Discreet handling
Accepted private orders are handled with discretion and are routed through a workflow built for sensitive material.
No explicit package labels
Please do not write explicit descriptions on the outside of your package. A normal shipping label is enough.
Illegal material is not accepted
Material that appears unlawful, exploitative, or outside this policy will not be treated as a normal transfer order.
