Will anyone know what is on my tapes?

Will you judge me for sending adult tapes or private photos?

Will the return package say anything explicit?

No. Return shipping should be handled discreetly. You should also avoid writing explicit descriptions on the outside of the package when shipping your order to us.

Can I use a business name or alternate name on my return address?

You may use the name and return address you are comfortable receiving mail under, as long as the package can be delivered successfully. Please make sure your contact information inside the box is accurate so we can match the order to you.

Do you store copies of my adult videos after delivery?

Can I request deletion after I download my files?

What videotape formats do you accept?

We accept VHS, VHS-C, miniDV, Video8, Hi8, Digital8, and other standard 8mm camcorder formats. These formats cover most private adult videotapes, home camcorder tapes, non-copyrighted commercial adult movies, and homemade adult video collections.

What formats do you not accept?

We do not accept Beta, Betamax, PAL, SECAM, or 3/4" U-Matic tapes through Private Video Transfer. We also do not accept slides, negatives, movie film, scrapbooks, albums, or oversized photo projects.

Do you include cloud delivery and a USB flash drive?

Yes. Qualifying orders include a 30-day cloud delivery link and a USB flash drive. Video files and scanned photos can be delivered together through the same cloud link and on the same USB drive.

Do you include DVDs?

Yes. A DVD copy is included for each transferred videotape at no additional charge. The main digital delivery is still the digital file, cloud link, and USB flash drive.

Can you put adult videos and private photos on the same USB drive?

Yes. If your order includes both accepted tapes and loose printed photos, your video files and photo scans can be delivered together on the same USB flash drive and through the same 30-day cloud link.

What kind of digital files will I receive?

Most videotape transfers are delivered as MP4 digital video files suitable for computer viewing, backup, and storage. If you have a specific file format need, contact us before shipping so we can confirm whether it fits the workflow.

Can I get only USB delivery and skip cloud delivery?

The standard Private Video Transfer package includes both USB and cloud delivery for qualifying orders. If you have a specific privacy request, contact us before shipping and we can tell you whether it can be accommodated.

How do I ship adult tapes or private photos to you?

Pack your accepted tapes and photos securely, include your name, email address, phone number, and return shipping address inside the box, then ship using a trackable method.

Should I write anything explicit on the outside of the box?

No. Please do not label the outside of your package with explicit descriptions. A normal shipping label with your return address and the Private Video Transfer shipping address is enough.

What should I include inside the box?

Include your name, email address, phone number, return shipping address, and a simple note describing what you are sending. You do not need to include explicit descriptions of the content.

Should I use UPS, FedEx, or USPS?

Any trackable shipping method is acceptable. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. Keep your tracking number until your order has been received and checked in.

How should I pack videotapes?

Use a sturdy box and enough padding to prevent the tapes from shifting during transit. Bubble wrap, packing paper, or similar padding is helpful. Avoid loose, rattling packaging.

How should I pack private photos?

Keep loose printed photos grouped together in an envelope, plastic bag, sleeve, or inner box. Please do not send albums, scrapbooks, slides, negatives, or oversized projects to this service.

What happens if I accidentally send a format you do not accept?

If you send a format that Private Video Transfer does not accept, we may need to contact you before proceeding. To avoid delays, review the accepted and not-accepted format lists before shipping.

Do you scan private or adult photos?

Yes. Private Video Transfer scans loose printed photos, including private or sensitive personal photos. Photo scanning is $1 per printed photo.

Can I send adult tapes and private photos in the same order?

Yes. You can send accepted videotapes and loose printed photos together. Your video files and scanned photo files can be delivered together through the same cloud link and USB flash drive.

Do you scan nude photos or intimate printed photos?

Yes, if they are legal, printed photos and fit the service. Private Video Transfer accepts private printed photos, including sensitive or intimate personal photos, as part of a discreet transfer order.

Do you scan slides or negatives?

No. Private Video Transfer does not scan slides or negatives. This service is limited to accepted videotape formats and loose printed photos.

Do you scan photo albums or scrapbooks?

No. Please do not send albums, scrapbooks, oversized projects, or fragile bound photo collections. Private Video Transfer accepts loose printed photos only.

Can you keep my photos in order?

If the order matters, bundle or label the photos clearly before shipping. We can usually preserve simple grouping, but the best results come from keeping photos organized before they arrive.

Do you accept illegal content?

No. Private Video Transfer only accepts legal adult and private media. Do not send illegal material. If we believe material is illegal or unsafe to process, we may refuse the order and take appropriate action.

What if the tape contains people who are no longer in my life?

Private Video Transfer cannot provide legal advice about ownership, consent, or rights to duplicate personal media. By sending an order, you are representing that you have the right to possess and transfer the material. If you are unsure, resolve that question before shipping.

Can you edit, censor, blur, or cut adult videos?

No. Private Video Transfer is a digitizing service, not a video editing service. We convert accepted tapes to digital files but do not provide custom editing, censoring, blurring, or scene removal.

Can you improve the quality of old adult tapes?

We transfer the tape as accurately as practical from the original media. Old tapes may have tracking issues, color loss, audio problems, static, or other age-related defects. Digitizing preserves the content, but it does not make old tape footage look like modern HD video.

Can you guarantee every tape will transfer?

No. Some old tapes may be blank, damaged, moldy, broken, recorded in an unsupported format, or too degraded to transfer successfully. We do our best with accepted formats, but old videotape condition can vary widely.

What will appear on my billing statement?

Billing may be processed through existing Memory Fortress business infrastructure. If this is a concern, contact us before placing or shipping an order so we can clarify the billing process.

Why might Memory Fortress appear in the billing process?

Private Video Transfer is an offshoot service connected to existing business infrastructure. The service is branded separately for adult and discreet media, but billing may use established Memory Fortress systems.

Do I pay before or after you receive my tapes?

Payment details may be confirmed after your order is received and reviewed, depending on the order type. If you have a pricing or billing question before shipping, use the contact form.

Can I get a price estimate before shipping?
