Can homemade adult tapes be transferred?

Yes, provided the material is legal and the customer has the right to possess and submit it.

How should adult VHS tapes be shipped?

The outside of the package should look completely ordinary.

Before shipping:

2. Check your email for the order confirmation.
3. Print the confirmation email.
4. Place the printed confirmation inside the package.
5. Pack the tapes securely so they cannot move around.
6. Ship the package using a trackable service.

UPS or FedEx is preferred, although USPS or another trackable shipping method is also accepted.

What happens after the package arrives?

After the package is delivered, it is checked in and matched to the customer’s order information.

A confirmation email is sent after the package has been received and entered into the system. The media count and basic order details are reviewed before processing begins.

The customer then receives an invoice.

Payment is required before the tapes are transferred.

Private Video Transfer orders are supported by established digitization and fulfillment operations. Billing may reference Memory Fortress, and return-shipping information may reference an affiliated fulfillment account. These relationships are disclosed in the order confirmation so the customer is not surprised by a different name on an invoice or tracking notice.

How much does adult VHS conversion cost?

What do customers receive?

Qualifying transfer orders include several delivery formats.

Digital files on USB

Transferred video files are provided on a USB flash drive. This allows customers to watch the videos on many modern computers, televisions, and compatible media devices.

Temporary cloud delivery

A 30-day cloud-delivery link is included so the files can be downloaded during the delivery period.

DVD copies

Each transferred videotape includes one DVD copy at no additional charge.

Return of the original tapes

The original videotapes are returned after processing, along with the USB drive and DVD copies.

Are the tapes edited?

The standard service is a transfer service, not a full editing or content-production service.

The purpose is to preserve the playable contents of the tape in a modern format. Customers should not assume that individual scenes will be removed, rearranged, labeled, enhanced, or edited unless those services have been discussed and approved separately.

If a tape has long blank sections, recording problems, or multiple unrelated recordings, the digital file may reflect what was captured from the original tape.

The condition and recording quality of the original tape will affect the final result.

Can private printed photos be digitized too?

Yes. Private Video Transfer accepts loose printed photos, including legal adult or sensitive personal photographs.

Photos must be removed from albums, frames, scrapbooks, and other holders before shipping.

The service does not currently accept slides, negatives, albums, scrapbooks, or oversized photo projects.

Printed photos are scanned, delivered digitally, and returned with the completed order.

Is discreet handling guaranteed?

No legitimate company should promise that no human will ever handle or encounter customer media during a physical transfer process.

Videotapes must be received, identified, loaded into equipment, monitored when necessary, processed, and returned. The practical goal is to limit access to the people and systems required to complete the order.
